At Kaai Bags, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new luxury bag isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the bag in its original dust bag and protective packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original invoice is included.

Affix the Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at the nearest authorized courier location; once received and inspected at our atelier, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
